You can select each resource and click the Add To Group button or simply double-click on each resource you want to add to the list.

To select a series of adjacent resource names, select a resource at the start of the list, hold the Shift key and then select the resource at the end of the list.

To select a series of non-adjacent resources names, hold the Ctrl key and select each resource in turn. Then click the Add To Group button.
